Der West-Berliner Senat wirbt um Fachkräftenachwuchs aus dem Bundesgebiet. Der Grund: Das Durchschnittsalter der Einwohner der Inselstadt steigt. 1970 sind rund ein Fünftel der West-Berliner schon älter als 65. Eine Berlin-Zulage soll junge Leute anlocken.

Ost-Berlin hingegen ist beliebt bei jungen Leuten. Wer hier studiert, versucht zu bleiben.
